We like to inform our patients that the clinic is still open, however, we need to alter the way we work to follow guidelines;
•Appointment times will be spread so that we only have one patient in at a time and with a gap, to make sure we can disinfect the area between appointments.
•Therefore we would greatly appreciate if appointment times could be closely adhered to, neither arriving too late or too early and if patients, where possible, can attend alone. We understand that not everyone can do this as some require assistance. •Please cancel your appointment and do not attend if you or anyone you have been in contact with have any symptoms. We want you to put your well-being first. •If you are unable to attend, but need help, whether you are a current patient or not, please call us and we will advise you on how you can self-manage your problem at home, this will not be charged for, we want to support the public as much as we can and reduce the pressure on public services. •Please practice the following advice and all other guidance, as advised by the Government (as below).
•Finally, we will see all our patients who can’t attend now, when this situation has improved and we look forward to seeing you then!
