Thai-chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW).

TMW (Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing) is a specially developed sequence of movements which promotes physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. It combines the essential elements of Tai Chi and Chi Kung to allow you to feel the benefits of these wonderful arts easily, offering you greater confidence, reducing stress and tension, and putting a spring in your step! TMW is embodied mindfulness, aiming to bring presence, relaxation, mental and emotional stability and self-worth to the participant.

Currently we are able to provide one to one sessions to suit all abilities, including seated movements, however, we will soon be offering group classes!
